People Matter
Our organization comprises a team of Direct Support Professionals and site Supervisors who also work with our clients and administration team. You are responsible for providing care to individuals with disabilities, and you will see the results of making a meaningful difference in the lives of others every day. You will develop a relationship with the people you serve. With your commitment to serving, continuous education, feedback from others, patience, and love, your role will bring tremendous fulfillment to your life.
While we work with clients at all functioning levels, we tend to gravitate toward the individuals that no one else wants to serve. Have you ever felt misunderstood and had a difficult time making friends? Sometimes, human beings express themselves with high fives, and other times with more challenging forms of communication. We’re here to listen, support, and offer therapeutic responses. Our team is trained on preventing and calming incidents first so we can identify when a client is feeling negative emotions and help them remain calm when it feels like their world is falling apart.
We always have staff working and part-time and full-time DSP positions available. Safe and Secure needs caring and compassionate candidates to help us achieve our mission. If you’re committed to service and interested in joining our team, then don't hesitate to get in touch with us now.
